Das Training diente der Qualifizierung und Auffrischung im Rahmen des <a title=\"Ersthelfer-Projekts\u00a0\u201eRegion der Lebensretter\u201c\" href=\"http:\/\/www.drk-maintaunus.de\/lebensretter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ersthelfer-Projekts\u00a0\u201eRegion der Lebensretter\u201c<\/a>, das vom Deutschen Roten Kreuz im Main-Taunus-Kreis koordiniert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Unter der Leitung des Teams\u00a0<a title=\"Pr\u00e4klinisches Notfallmanagement (PKNM)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pknm.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pr\u00e4klinisches Notfallmanagement (PKNM)<\/a>\u00a0stand das praxisorientierte \u00dcben lebensrettender Ma\u00dfnahmen im Mittelpunkt \u2013 von der Herz-Lungen-Wiederbelebung (HLW) \u00fcber den Einsatz eines automatisierten externen Defibrillators (AED) bis hin zur Teamkommunikation und Entscheidungsfindung im Notfall.<\/p>\n<p>Von den Feuerwehren der Stadt Hochheim am Main nahmen Einsatzkr\u00e4fte die oft auch Tags\u00fcber in Hochheim sind teil, die w\u00e4hrend der Arbeitszeit als Ersthelferinnen und Ersthelfer im Stadtgebiet zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind zahlreiche ehrenamtliche Feuerwehrangeh\u00f6rige aus Hochheim bereits in der Initiative registriert. Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige BLS-Kurse sollen das Wissen aller Beteiligten kontinuierlich auffrischen.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Warum Basic Life Support so wichtig ist<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ein pl\u00f6tzlicher Herz-Kreislaufstillstand geh\u00f6rt zu den h\u00e4ufigsten medizinischen Notf\u00e4llen: In Deutschland sind laut Deutschem Reanimationsregister jedes Jahr rund\u00a065.000 Menschen\u00a0betroffen. Ohne sofortige Hilfe sinkt die \u00dcberlebenschance mit jeder Minute um etwa\u00a010 Prozent. Entscheidend ist daher der fr\u00fche Beginn der Wiederbelebung.<\/p>\n<p>Die\u00a0Herz-Lungen-Wiederbelebung (HLW)\u00a0kombiniert eine\u00a0Herzdruckmassage\u00a0\u2013 mit einer Drucktiefe von 5 bis 6 Zentimetern und einer Frequenz von 100 bis 120 Kompressionen pro Minute \u2013 mit Atemspenden im Verh\u00e4ltnis\u00a030:2. Sie stellt sicher, dass Sauerstoff weiterhin im K\u00f6rper zirkuliert, bis professionelle Hilfe eintrifft.<\/p>\n<p>Der Einsatz eines\u00a0<a title=\"AED (Automatisierter Externer Defibrillator)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.drk-maintaunus.de\/lebensretter\/aeds.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AED (Automatisierter Externer Defibrillator)<\/a>\u00a0kann zus\u00e4tzlich lebensrettend sein: Erkennt das Ger\u00e4t ein sogenanntes Kammerflimmern, gibt es \u00fcber Sprachanweisungen den Befehl zur Schockabgabe, um das Herz wieder in einen geordneten Rhythmus zu bringen.<\/p>\n<p>Neben den technischen Abl\u00e4ufen wurde im Seminar auch die\u00a0Teamdynamik und Kommunikation\u00a0ge\u00fcbt, denn im Ernstfall z\u00e4hlt nicht nur das Wissen, sondern auch die Zusammenarbeit.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Region der Lebensretter \u2013 Hilfe, bevor der Rettungsdienst eintrifft<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Das <a title=\"Projekt\u00a0\u201eRegion der Lebensretter\u201c\" href=\"http:\/\/www.drk-maintaunus.de\/lebensretter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Projekt\u00a0\u201eRegion der Lebensretter\u201c<\/a>\u00a0verfolgt das Ziel, die \u00dcberlebenschancen bei einem pl\u00f6tzlichen Herzstillstand deutlich zu erh\u00f6hen. \u00dcber eine Smartphone-App werden registrierte Ersthelferinnen und Ersthelfer alarmiert, die sich in der N\u00e4he des Notfalls befinden. Sie k\u00f6nnen meist noch vor dem Eintreffen des Rettungsdienstes mit der Wiederbelebung beginnen und so wertvolle Zeit gewinnen.<\/p>\n<p>Wer \u00fcber eine medizinische Grundausbildung verf\u00fcgt, etwa als Feuerwehrkraft, Sanit\u00e4ter\/-in, Pflegekraft oder medizinischer Mitarbeitender, kann sich als Lebensretterin oder Lebensretter registrieren und Teil des Netzwerks
