Am 26.08. fuhren die Feuerwehrleute der Hochheimer Einsatzabteilung zur einer Ortsbesichtigung in die Wiesbadener Stra\u00dfe.<\/p>\n<p>Alle waren gespannt nachdem das Ziel bekannt wurde, denn man erh\u00e4lt nicht jeden Tag die M\u00f6glichkeit, einige der \u00e4ltesten Keller der Stadt zu besichtigen.<\/p>\n<p>Staunend standen die 34 Einsatzkr\u00e4fte w\u00e4hrend der Begr\u00fc\u00dfung vor den Tanks des &#8222;kleineren&#8220; Auslieferungslagers. Nat\u00fcrlich war jedem klar, dass die professionelle Produktion von Schaumwein, bzw. in Hochheim von Sekt, nicht in kleinen F\u00e4ssern erfolgt. Doch bereits die ersten Tanks waren &#8222;riesig&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Nach den ersten einleitenden Informationen der beiden Mitarbeiter der Sektkellerei ging es aber erst richtig los: Die Wege f\u00fchrten gef\u00fchlt immer tiefer unter die Erde in die \u00e4lteren Keller-Bereiche, wo die Weine, aus denen der Sekt hergestellt wird, gelagert werden. W\u00e4hrend der Besichtigung stieg die Neugierde der Anwesenden und so wurden unz\u00e4hlige Fragen zu den Kellern, zur Produktion oder den Abl\u00e4ufen beantwortet.<\/p>\n<p>Doch eine Ortsbesichtigung dient nicht dem Zweck eines Site-Seeings, sondern hat einen ernsten Hintergrund: W\u00e4hrend der knapp anderthalb st\u00fcndigen F\u00fchrung haben die Einsatzkr\u00e4fte der Feuerwehr Hochheim wichtige Informationen zu Gefahren, die in einem solchen Betrieb lauern, und viele Hinweise zur Orientierung in den labyrinth-artig wirkenden Kellern erhalten. Auch konnte an einem zur Reinigung und Reparatur ge\u00f6ffneten Tank ausprobiert werden, wie der Ein- und Ausstieg leichter gelingt.<\/p>\n<p>Alle werden sich daran erinnern, falls die Feuerwehr in diesem Betrieb &#8211; was wir alle nicht hoffen &#8211; Hilfe leisten muss.<\/p>\n<p>Die Feuerwehrkameradinnen und -kameraden danken der Godefroy H. von Mumm &amp; Co.
