Hochh\u00e4user in Deutschland unterliegen speziellen Brandschutzauflagen. Sie d\u00fcrfen beispielsweise nur aus nicht brennbaren Materialien gebaut werden und verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber spezielle Brandschutztechnik.<\/p>\n<p>Die gr\u00fcnen Hochh\u00e4user in der Stettiner Stra\u00dfe bieten Platz f\u00fcr ca. 200 Wohneinheiten und erstrecken sich bis ins 21. Geschoss. Um die spezielle Technik bei der Hochhaus Brandbek\u00e4mpfung zu \u00fcben und um sich mit dem Objekt vertraut zu machen wurde am 30. Januar eine \u00dcbung an den gr\u00fcnen Hochh\u00e4usern durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Alarmstichwort der \u00dcbung lautete: ausgel\u00f6ster Heimrauchmelder in der Stettiner Stra\u00dfe 19.<\/p>\n<p>Vor Ort stellte sich die Lage folgenderma\u00dfen dar: Im 4. OG stand eine Wohnung in Vollbrand. Eine Person hatte sich auf den Balkon gefl\u00fcchtet. Unverz\u00fcglich wurde der Alarm auf F3Y \u2013 Brand im Sondergeb\u00e4ude, Menschenleben in Gefahr erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Die Fahrzeugaufstellung und die Aufgaben f\u00fcr die erst eintreffenden Feuerwehrfahrzeuge ist in Hochheim bei Sonderobjekten bereits vorgeplant.<\/p>\n<p>Das Tankl\u00f6schfahrzeug, die Hochheimer Universalwaffe in Sachen Brandbek\u00e4mpfung, f\u00e4hrt bis zum Haupteingang vor und \u00fcbernimmt die L\u00f6schwassereinspeisung in die Steigleitung. Die Besatzung r\u00fcstet sich mit Atemschutz aus und begibt sich bis in das Brandgeschoss um dort die Lage unter Kontrolle zu bringen. Dies bedeutet, dass Menschen evakuiert, gerettet werden und dass die Brandbek\u00e4mpfung eingeleitet wird. Ein besonderes Augenmerk wird auf die Bel\u00fcftung der Einsatzstelle gelegt. Es gilt zu verhindern, dass sich giftiger Brandrauch in andere Wohnungen bzw. Stockwerke ausbreiten kann.<\/p>\n<p>Das zweite L\u00f6schfahrzeug stellt die Wasserversorgung sicher und richtet im sogenannten Depotgeschoss zwei Stockwerke unter dem Brandgeschoss eine Art Br\u00fcckenkopf ein. Hier wird Material und Mannschaft deponiert welches ggf. im weiteren Verlauf am Brandherd ben\u00f6tigt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Parallel dazu wird vor dem Haus die Drehleiter in Stellung gebracht und die Person vom Balkon gerettet. Im Einsatzleitwagen wird der Einsatz dokumentiert, weitere Kr\u00e4fte nachalarmiert sowie die Kommunikation mit der \u00dcbungsleitstelle sichergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Im Anschluss an die \u00dcbung wurden die Feuerwehrleute von ihrem Kameraden Uwe Bombis und dem Hausbewohner Herrn Meli durch das Objekt gef\u00fchrt.
