Eine erkrankte Person lag im 1 OG eines Wohnhauses im Bett und musste in den Rettungswagen um in ein Krankenhaus transportiert zu werden. Die Abmessungen der Wendeltreppe im Wohnhaus liessen einen normalen Transport mit einer Trage nicht zu.
