K\u00f6rperliche Fitness ist da eine unverzichtbare Voraussetzung f\u00fcr den Einsatzdienst. Daher halten sich viele der Hochheimer Feuerwehrleute mit Sport fit. Klar, dass neben der Gesundheit auch der Spa\u00df nicht zu kurz kommt. Ziel unseres ganzj\u00e4hrigen Trainings sind keine neuen H\u00f6chstleistungen sondern der Spa\u00df und das gemeinsame Erleben beim Sport.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem nehmen wir regelm\u00e4\u00dfig an verschiedenen Veranstaltungen wie z. B. dem Hochheimer Weinbergslauf, dem 24h-Lauf in Hochheim oder dem Gutenberg Marathon in Mainz mit guten Erfolgen teil.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
